When youth are put into leadership positions our power is dramatically strengthened. We engage New Britain youth with pro-social activities and leadership opportunities to increase positive protective factors.

- Youth Leadership Council attends Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) National Leadership Forum
- Youth led, planned, and developed summer carnivals
- Youth and Adult community surveys conducted by youth
